A Horse Named Proletariat

Deloyd Elze is red as Georgia clay, high as a long leaf pine, mystic as Spanish moss, and wide as a brackish river.

Hailing from the American South East, Deloyd pulls from influences rooted in Americana. After a time milling songs and learning the oral and rote traditions, he found himself drawn to experimental and electronic rifts. Pushing and blending the lines of what it means to be roots based music.

Armed with a handmade parts-caster tele, SP404 MKII, poetry, and a twang stricken voice: Deloyd Elze is a troubadour of wailing and rejoicing.

He now currently wanders and resides in East Los Angeles.

This year he will release his EP A Horse Named Proletariat, a long format visualizer, a Sample Pack via Splice Redfisher, and build a Pinball Machine based on one of his songs Parröthead.
